Jim Mathieson, Managing Director
Jim has been Managing Director at Galloway since 2008. He is a creative and focused business leader with considerable experience of change management in a demanding environment. An excellent communicator at all levels and a tenacious problem solver, Jim is passionate about Galloway Group and has been a driving force in the business for 25 years.
David Robertson, Chairman
David joined Galloway as Chairman in 2014. A chartered accountant and highly-regarded business professional with a strong track record in guiding organisations through change, David has significant corporate experience working in challenging commercial environments across the private sector.
Teresa Thomson, Finance Director
Teresa joined Galloway Group in 2013 as Finance Director. With a strong track record in blue chip manufacturing and a real focus on financial support, leadership and business strategy, Teresa is an essential part of the team to drive continuous improvement across the business.
Bruce Bisset, Building Services Director
Bruce is Building Services Division Director at Galloway. With almost 40 years’ experience in the building services sector of the construction industry, he specialises in ductwork contracting for the construction, energy and power generation industries, as well as overseeing the domestic electrical contracting division for the company. Bruce was President of B & ES, the Building & Engineering Services Association, in 2013/14 and is currently Immediate Past President.
Richard Mann, Operations Director
Richard is Operations Director at Galloway and has overall responsibility for ductwork contracting operations UK-wide. He has over 35 years’ experience and is well-known as a “go to” person in the industry. Richard is based at Galloway’s Dewsbury offices, with his remit including responsibility for the quality and safety of projects across the country.
Rob Coombes, Manufacturing Director
Rob was appointed Manufacturing Director in 2014. With significant manufacturing experience across a wide range of industries, Rob has a strong commitment to continuous improvement and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specialist.
