Underfloor Heating Panels / Aluminium Heat Diffuser Plates

Designed for use with warm water underfloor heating systems, we manufacture and supply aluminium heat diffuser plates (spreader plates) to this growing market.

Standard Plates

Standard sized diffuser plates, manufactured for fixing to standard 400mm centres floor joists, are 1000mm x 390mm x 0.5mm with two grooves to suit 16mm pipe.  These plates are generally offered on Next Day Delivery for orders received before 11am.

Bespoke Plates

Our Heat Diffuser Plates can be manufactured in a wide variety of sizes up to 1150mm in length and virtually any width, to suit most installation requirements.  Pipe grooves can be sized to suit pipes ranging from 14mm dia to 20mm ensuring that whatever underfloor heating system is to be installed, we can manufacture a plate to suit.

Scored Plates

Diffuser Plates can be scored during manufacture to enable them to be snapped to size on site.
